Staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and I never have to be concern that my Honda is in great condition after my service call. On my visit today, Chris Torbett in the Service department was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. He went out of his way to assist and show me how to use my iPhone as a navigation tool. This is why we have purchased or last two new vehicles (CRV Honda’s) with Rusty Wallace on Callahan Drive, Knoxville, Tn. and why we use their service department for routine maintenance.

After three weeks on the road, our Pilot reached 5% oil life. Rusty Wallace Honda changed the oil and did the usual inspections. Even without an appointment, they were able to get us back on the road the SE NC in a short amount off time. Very courteous, friendly and professional.

The service department staff at Rusty Wallace is the best. Louis is super friendly, funny, and detailed. We've had our Pilot serviced twice there in the past year, and we love knowing that we have found a people we can trust with our car. Oh...and they have a free snack bar...so...there's that. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at any business.

I was passing thru TN when debris became wrapped up under my car. I pulled off of I75N and into the dealership, and explained to Louis in service what had happened. He put me right at ease. They were able to get my car right in, determined the problem, fixed the problem and had it ready in no time at no charge! Traveling home from Gatlinburg to Ohio our Pilot had a spark plug foul out causing emissions, VSA and VTM warning lights, we pulled in to RWH and Robin, Steve Cox and Dan Stanifer took good care of our vehicle and our family! With no appointment they turned our Pilot around in an hour and a half then we were back on the road for home! I had a wonderful experience at this Honda. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and explained things to me in a way that were easy for me to understand. I am a female college student and I really don’t know much about cars. Multiple times in the past I have felt confused and unsure about what was happening with my car, but I didn’t feel that at all with this dealership.

I had ordered a part for my grandsons car and the person said it would be $48. When I got there they said it would be $190. And I guess because we weren't high class the man said we needed I. D and the registration. I was getting upset by this time so I went upfront and asked for the manager. I told him what happened and he went and got the parts manager.
