Called multiple times for a service price and low and behold 3 days later I receive a text that all business with customers is done by text. I was under the impression that text was faster than phone calls. If it took 3 days to send a text,I wouldn't want to be at the service department waiting for my car until I got a text that my car was ready. No voice contact make for many problems. I'll go somewhere else
